- 1 head red cabbage
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 jalapeño
- 2 inch piece ginger
- 3 stalks celery
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- drizzle olive oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar

Step 1
Heat a large frying pan with the sesame oil and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the ginger, jalapeño, celery, scallions and garlic to gently sauté.

Add the red cabbage and allow the cabbage to cook down partially. Remove the sautéed vegetables to a large salad bowl.

Step 3
Combine the soy sauce, orange marmalade, salt, sugar, and vinegar for the dressing. Add the dressing to the salad and adjust ingredients to taste.
