Low Calorie Hamburgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground chuck
2 shallots or ½ onion, finely chopped
1/2 onion, lightly chopped
1 large tomato, in slices
pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the George Forman. Place meat, sauce, pepper and shallots in a small bowl and mix well. Split into 4 parts and form 4 discs. Place on George Forman. Grill for 3 minutes. Use a spatula to turn a quarter and cook an additional 2 minutes.

Place the onion on the grill and cook for about a minute. Assemble the burger with tomato on bottom followed by meat and onion. Top with cheese or ketchup and enjoy!
