Ingredients

  • 1 gram lemon zest
  • 25 grams peanut
  • 225 grams granola mix
  • 30 grams puffed rice
  • 100 grams KANTÉ Wildsunflower Blossom Honey
  • 15 grams butter
  • 150 grams sugar

Instructions

Step 1

Cook all the ingredients, except the lemon zest, at low flame for 10 mins until you get an even mix.

Step 2

Turn off the stove and add the lemon sezt.

Spred the mix in a tray with wax paper and shape it either rectangular or squared, to your liking.

Refrigerate until it's solid and chop as you please.
