There was a store I used to frequent in Maine, that sold homemade whoopie pies at the checkout. I am not certain that regulations were followed around the agreement; but those were some amazing whoopie pies.They were light and fluffy, the size of saucers. Since then, I have been on a quest to recreate the whoopie pie on my own terms, which means experimentation. Here are 5 whoopie pies that will be a sure hit in your house.
