S’mores are traditionally enjoyed warm by the campfire, but the flavors are just as amazing when chilled! These frozen s’mores bars require zero baking. Simply melt the chocolate, add vanilla yogurt and fold in pieces of graham cracker crust and mini marshmallows. Way too good.

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
12 pieces chocolate-covered graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
2 cups vanilla yogurt
walnuts to garnish
graham cracker crumbs to garnish (about 3 crackers)
Heat cream in a sauce pan for two minutes or until the edges start to bubble.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Wait about 10 minutes then mix in marshmallows and graham cracker pieces. Stir in vanilla yogurt and mix well.
Line a baking pan (or whatever container you want) with foil and spread the mixture in. Top with walnuts and more chocolate chips.
Chill for at least two hours then cut into bars. Enjoy!
