This Maine Corn Chowder was easy to make, it’s one of those dump and go recipes. This soup is made with a can of creamed corn and a can of regular corn, I also added diced Yukon gold potatoes to make it heartier.

I made Chinese scallion pancakes few years ago and been making it since then. Traditionally, the scallion pancakes are made without cilantro. But I love it though. It adds a great flavor in there too.

Pancit Molo is basically a version of won ton soup but it usually has extra noodles added throughout. Instead of extra noodles, I added a few of my favorite veggies (bok choy, mushrooms, carrots, and scallions).
