Ogonori

About

Ogonri is a type of edible seaweed that can be stir-fried, steamed, boiled, pan-fried, roasted, or stewed. Ogonori is eaten along the coasts of Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. It can be served cold.

It's a source of the thickening agent, agar agar.
