Redfield Apple
About
The Redfield Aple is an unusual cross between the Wolf and the Niedzwetzskayana red crab. it is medium to large in size, and is pink to red in color. It's deep red flesh is slightly dry, which makes it a great apple for baking. It is not a fresh eating apple and has a short storage life.
