Vermillion Snapper
About
This snapper is a saltwater reef fish averaging 2 pounds, but can be as large as 5-6 pounds. Because of the Ciguatera toxin, one should buy smaller than 5 pounds. It is typically poached, grilled, baked, sauteed, broiled or steamed.
