Sabre Mango
About
Sabre mangos are long and slender, with a characteristic sigmoid shape. Bright red to crimson on the sun side, they are predominantly yellow on the shaded side. Their rich, sweet, and spicy flesh, dark orange in color, has considerable coarse fiber.
