South Sea Chinese Kale

About

South Sea is a fast growing variety which can be picked for vegetable use 35-50 days after sowing. Plants are relatively strong resistant to heat than other varieties, suitable for growing from spring through late fall. Leaves and young stems with flower buds are very tender and crispy. This tasty vegetable is very good for stir-fry cooking. Easy to grow.
