About
White grouper is a species of grouper living in the subtropical eastern Atlantic Ocean and the southern Mediterranean Sea. It can reach a maximum length of 120 cm and a maximum weight of 25 kg.White Grouper is a Mediterranean species.They are bottom-dwelling predators and highly commercial food fish. They are found on rocky or mud-sand bottom. The shelf life of white grouper was 16 days in ice and 4 days for fish stored at chill temperature. White grouper can change sex from female to male!
