Miyagawa Satsuma

The Miyagawa is of the Wase variety of satsumas. This particular variety is large for a satsuma, is moderately oblate, and seedless with a thin and smooth rind. It is very juicy with sugars and acids that blend well. It is currently the best known and much the most extensively grown of the Wase varieties.
