About

Vitamin B12 is vital for the brain and nervous system and for the formation of blood. Fried Liver
1. Pat liver dry
2. Coat with liver with flour.
3. Place liver in medium heat frying pan filled with olive or canola oil.
4 Fry for 5 minutes on one side
5. Turn and fry liver on the other side
(For a tasty flavor add raw onions to the pan and let them fry along with the liver.)

History: The vitamin was discovered because of its connection to an autoimmune disease called pernicious anemia. The form of anemia is seen after one's immune system destroys the stomach's epithelial cells.
