Vitamin B12 is vital for the brain and nervous system and for the formation of blood. It is also involved in the metabolism of cells, DNA (deoxyribonucelic acid) synthesis and regulation, but also fatty acid synthesis and energy production. B12 is found naturally in meat, especially liver, shellfish, milk and eggs.

Physical Description
One normally can buy vitamin B-12 in capsule form at health food stores such as GNC. One can also use the vitamin by injection or nasal spray form

Preparation and Use
Fried Liver
1. Pat liver dry
2. Coat with liver with flour.
3. Place liver in medium heat frying pan filled with olive or canola oil.
4 Fry for 5 minutes on one side
5. Turn and fry liver on the other side
(For a tasty flavor add raw onions to the pan and let them fry along with the liver.)
