Montepulciano Grapes

Montepulciano grapes are a variety grown in southwestern Tuscany, Italy. Highly prized among wine makers, the grapes result in a medium to full-bodied wine with moderate acidity and tannins. The grapes are often blended in Sangiovese and Montepulciano wines.
