Ethan Stowell's Rione XIII Dishes Up Roman Fare at IFBC
Ethan Stowell's latest endeavor, Rione XIII, is a delicious little slice of Rome located on Capitol Hill. Inspired by Trastevere, the bustling 13th district (or rione) of Rome, this cozy restaurant features simple Roman cooking such as fried artichokes, house made pasta, wood-fired Roman-style street pizzas, and much more to make you say wow.
