Orenco Apple

The Orenco Apple is a dessert apple. It was originally created at the Oregon Nursery Company, who touted the Orenco as better than the widely desired McIntosh Red Apple. It is a crisp, juicy red apple variety, with a small core. The Orenco may be hard to find though, as it is only grown in a small number of Oregon- area orchards.
