Guacamole By Shobhana Mishra

Ingredients

1 Ripe avocado seeded peeled
1 small onion finely chopped
1 medium size tomato finely chopped
1 hot pepper finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a blender or food grinder process avocado till it is smooth.

Pour the avocado in a small bowl.

Add chopped onion,tomato,hot pepper and lemon juice.

Mix well.

Just before serving add salt.
