If you love the flavor of sun dried tomatoes, but not the price (Yikes!), why not make them yourself? Using 3 or 4 simple ingredients, make as many jars as you will ever need of this fancy flavoring.
These will also make lovely gifts for your foodie friends. They need not know how simple it really is.
