Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Dessert

May 16, 2016

Warm summer days means that I don't want to heat up the kitchen. My cooking turns into grilling, and desserts have to be refreshingly chilly. This no-bake chocolate peanut butter dessert is a dream come true. The two classic flavors of chocolate and peanut butter get married, and there is nothing tastier than a peanut butter cup themed cake. Making the dessert is simple. A crunchy Oreo crust is topped a sweetened peanut butter layer. Then whipped topping is folded in to make the peanut butter as light as air. Top that with chopped peanut butter cup candies (naturally.) Finally make a rich chocolate pudding and fold that into more whipped topping and top the dish. Cover with a layer of more Oreo crumbs and chill. That's it!

No-Bake desserts are also sure to please at your picnics. You can serve many more people than if it were a flour cake, and with the whole thing taking only minutes to put together, you will have more time to visit with your guests while the dessert becomes magical in the fridge.
