Grilled Wild Salmon With Mangosteen Chutney

Ingredients

2 pounds Wild Salmon fillet
1 cup Mangosteen Chutney (www.devanaturals.com)
Salt and pepper to taste
Grill

Preparation

Marinate the Salmon fillet with salt, pepper, 3/4 cup mangosteen chutney for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.

Remove from the fridge and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Grill on a pre oiled clean bbq basting with the remaining chutney.

Cook fish till you see the golden lines of the grill.

Serve with a side of Home made Cheese (http://themangosteenlady.blogspot.com) and fresh green salad.
