Step 1
Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Optionally, you may need to add about 1 teaspoon of shortening to every 1 cup of white chocolate for desired consistency.

Once fully melted, dip each strawberry into the chocolate, coating approximately half of the berry.

Immediately after dipping in chocolate, dip the chocolate-coated part of each strawberry into blue sprinkles.

Place the decorated strawberries on a clean surface or baking sheet and allow them to dry completely until the chocolate is set.
