Healthy banana and matcha ice cream
Ingredients
Serves 2:
3 frozen bananas
1 spoon of matcha
Topings:
5 Raspberries

Easy and quick. There is not much to it.

Wiz three bananas in a processor until smooth and a little spoonful of matcha tea powder. Don' t wiz up for too long or you will end up with a frozen smoothie.

Add topping of choice, I chose raspberries, though dark chocolate work lovely.

Summer is around the corner, and ice cream is a staple food, so what is there better than a healthy replacement that you can eat everyday without packing all the sugars and fats that store bought ice creams have? A healthy creative recipe with lovely and fresh ingredients is the best option.
On the other hand, Matcha is high in antioxidants, it gives you 3 times the energy kick of an espresso, boosts memory & concentration, burns calories ( which aids weightloss), detoxifies the body, fortifies the immune system, improves cholesterol and for some ( not in my case ) it has a great taste!
So if you like the taste or you can live with it, Matcha is a great tea to include in your diet!
