Prawns Omelette 虾仁炒蛋

Ingredients

200 grams Prawns- shelled, cleaned and cut cubes (not too small)
and season with:
1/8 teaspoon Salt& dash of pepper
1/4 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 Onion- shredded
3 teaspoons Large eggs- lightly beaten with some light soy sauce about ½ and dash of pe

Preparation

Add prawns and fry till just cooked.

Spread out onion and prawns evenly, then pour beaten eggs over it.

Swirl pan around to spread the omelette evenly.

When the eggs have set about 2-3 mins, flip the eggs over and cook for another 2-3 mins.
