Gajar Kheer (Carrot Kheer)

Ingredients

1 litre Milk (full cream)
125 grams Crushed Rice
150 grams Sugar
5 teaspoons Chopped Pistachio or more as you like
2 numbers Green Cardamom

Preparation

Pour milk in a pan, add all the above ingredients, and cook on low flame for 30 to 45 mintes till thicken.

Remove in a glass bowl, Decorate top with pistachio and refrigerate.

Gajar Kheer is a seasonal dessert when carrots are available. Very delicious and colourful.
