Steak In Creamy Mushroom Sauce For Two

Ingredients

2 rib eye or sirloin steaks

2 onions chopped

large punnet of mushrooms sliced

large carton single cream

2 cloves of garlic crushed

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Fry steak to your liking and set aside to keep warm

Saute onions and mushrooms till soft

Add crushed garlic

Stir in cream and worcestershire sauce and heat through

At last minute add lemon juice to thicken the sauce

Serve with a jacket potato and salad with sauce over the steak
