200 grams Sugar
1 tablespoon fenugreek (methi) powder (roasted dry and ground)
1 tablespoon dry red chilli powder (roasted dry and ground)
3 cups Water
Peel the mango, cut into small pieces.
Boil with salt and water.
Add sugar and stir nicely.
Keep aside ande when cooled add fenugreek and chilli powder.
