Grilled Cheese,Tomato, and Basil Sandwich

Heat pan on med to medium high to get bottom hot. Turn down to med-low.

Preferably use a touch of olive oil to create a non-stick surface; cooking spray is fine, too)

Slice bread (two 1/2 inch pieces) and spread butter thinly on each piece

Place bread butter down in pan

Add cheese slice/ shredded/ or if you're using block cheese make sure you've sliced very thin pieces

Slice tomato thinly, add light salt and pepper, add on top cheese

Check the bread to see if it's a nice golden brown (On buttered side)

Top with fresh basil leafs (4 leaves recommended)

Put sandwich together, flip to check both sides

You can also add bacon if you're a meat lover.
