Ingredients

1 big bowl Asian mustard greens/gai choy, washed and sliced
1/4 cup anchovies, rinsed and dried
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon light soy sauce

Preparation

Heat wok with oil. When heated, add in anchovies, stir-fry until golden brown, add in garlic.

Add in gai choy, stir-fry for a little while, add in light soy sauce and season to taste with salt.
