Ingredients
2 tablespoons Dijon
2 tablespoons dry
sherry
2 tablespoons
honey
Juice of
lime
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons diced
tarragon
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 1/4 lbs.
salmon
fillets
Preparation
1
Whisk
together all ingredients.
Marinate
salmon about 1 hour,
turning.
Bake
about 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
