Vin Cotto

Vin cotto translates to "cooked wine." It's wine that has been reduced to a syrupy consistency, excellent drizzled over grilled meats, salads or as a condiment. Vin cotto is a great way to use up leftover wine.

Cinnamon and/or cloves can also be added for extra flavor.
