Maggi Mee Salad

Ingredients

1 pack Maggi TastyLite, any flavour
1 Red Apple, cut into bite size
2 – 4 Filament Sticks, cut into bite size
Hot boiling water

Preparation

Put the Maggi Mee (without the seasoning) into a bowl of hot boiling water. You may cover it to quicken the process. I was lazy to microwave and everytime I microwave, either tak masak or too soft.

Put the bite sized filament sticks into hot boiling water. You can opt for this option if you don’t want filament sticks because is slightly fishy.

Pour the pack of seasoning onto a plate and leave aside.

When the noodles are spread out like this, test whether is fully cooked or not.

If cooked, drain and pour onto the plate with seasoning.

Toss and mix well. Make sure is evenly done.

The hot boiling water will soften the freezed filament sticks. Drain.

Pop the filament sticks to the noodles.

Wash and halves the baby tomatoes. Add them and the bite sized apples onto the plate. Toss and mix well. Don’t expect to eat hot.
