Matzo Dumpling Or Matzoh Balls - Knaidlach

Ingredients

cup My measuring for this recipe is 200 m"l
1 cup matzo meal flour
100 cups m"l chicken or vegetable stock made with boiling water.
2 large eggs bitten lightly
5 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper , to taste ( i use allot)
parsley chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika

Preparation

Beat eggs

Mix all dry ingredient together' add them to eggs mix. blend well.

Cover keep refrigerated for at least 3 hours.

Boil salted water. shape the mixture to small bite like small meat bowls. Cooke them in boiling salted water for about 10 min, drain and keep .

Serve with chicken soup.
