Lechon Kawali

Ingredients

6 pounds Pork Ribs Belly
1 tablespoon Whole Pepper Corn
4 pcs.s Bay Leaves

Preparation

Boil porkribs belly (liempo) on crushed garlic, whole pepper and salt, drained overnight in the fridge.

Place on turbo for 2 hrs. at 375 temp (skin on the bottom first then after an hour flip it skin facing up)

Chopped and served withspiced vinegar or letchon sauce (Mang Thomas sauce & liver spread)
