Grilled PBJ &Bacon
Ingredients
Bread (your favorite), peanut butter, jelly, bacon.
Preparation

Spread peanut butter on slice , jelly on the other, and "sandwich the bacon between. Then grill your sandwich until bread is golden brown.
About
I love traditional PBJ sandwiches. I sometimes mix syrups, cookies, fruits, etc..in for a unique taste. I even put bacon in for a change of pace !! The sweetness of the jelly...the smooth creaminess of peanut butter...and the saltiness of bacon come together especially well when grilled. Surprisingly good. Try it and be please as well.
