- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard(optional)
- 12 hard-boiled eggs

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks into a mixing bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the salt, sweet pickle relish, Mayonnaise, and prepared mustard (if using). Mix until the filling is slightly moist and well combined.

Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the filling into each egg white half. Alternatively, use a pastry bag to pipe the filling into the whites for a more decorative presentation.

Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Cover the deviled eggs and chill for at least one hour before serving.
