Vegan Chocolate Mousse - 3 Ingredients!

Ingredients

1 package silken tofu
270 grams chocolate, melted (I used dark but you can use milk or white

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and set aside to cool for a few minutes.

Put the silken tofu in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add the maple syrup.

Pour the chocolate in and blitz once again until everything is combined.

Pour into desired glasses/bowls and leave to set in the fridge. It takes maybe 2-3 hours to set but it really depends on how runny your mixture ends up being.

This is a rich mousse and is best served with strawberries or raspberries chopped up and placed on top!
