Blissful Brownies
Ingredients
4 squares BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sugar
8 egg whites

1 cup flour
½ cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1. Heat oven to 350ºF.

2. Line13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Spray with cooking spray.

3. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in sugar and egg whites. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

4. Bake 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not over bake.) Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift brownies from pan before cutting to serve.
