Prosciutto Mozzarella Pinwheels

Ingredients

Flour, for dusting
7 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
1 cup coarsely chopped baby spinach (about 1 ½ ounces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and position a rack in the lower 1/3 of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Layer ham or proscuitto, add fresh chopped spinach. Now top with mozzarella. Roll it up!

Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes. Let it cool before you cut it.

This is a quick and very easy treat to put together, I used ham on one pinwheel - you may use any meat or chesse ingredient you like - roll it up to your personal taste!
