Caramelized Turnips and Onions With Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

Onions, sliced thin
Turnips, sliced thin
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mediterranean Sea Salt
Black Pepper

Preparation

Turn griddle or saute pan on medium high heat.

Add 1 T. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dash of black pepper and sea salt.

Place onions and turnip slices on hot griddle and cook until they have a slight caramelized finish.

Season with Crystal Hot Sauce from aged red cayenne peppers.
