Salsa Verde Aka Green Salsa
Ingredients

Tomatillos,
peeled
1 Small
Onion,
chopped
3 cloves
of
Garlic
1 can of
Jalapenos,
undrained
Preparation

Take skin off tomatillos and place in
blender
2
Chop
one small onion and add to
blender
3
Mash
3 cloves of garlic and add to
blender
4
Pour in one
can
of jalapenos to
blender
5
Mix
all ingredients until consistency of thick
soup
6
Serve
chilled
with tortilla chips!
