Lite Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

1/2 cup reduced fat cream cheese
1/2 cup light butter or margerine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste(or extract)

Preparation

Sift powdered sugar through a mesh strainer to be remove any lumps.

In the bowl of a mixer cream butter and cream cheese.

Add the vanilla.

Add the powdered sugar and mix to combine.

About

Use vanilla paste in this recipe so the little vanilla beans will be seen in the frosting.

This is good on top of Tropical Carrot Cake!
