Garlic Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

1 cup regular cottage cheese

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning

1/2 cup evaporated milk

Preparation

Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and whip or mash.

Blend cottage cheese and evaporated milk

Add crushed garlic and seasoning

Add cottage cheese mixture to the potatoes and stir.

Garnish with parsley if desired.

This is a home made recipe when I did not have any butter or cream and it sure was good!!
