Asian Flair Flank Steak
Ingredients
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
4 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Ginger
cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 pounds Flank Steak
Preparation

Add Oil, Soy, Brown Sugar, Garlic to 9x13 glass pyrex.

Crosscut Flank Steak about 1/4 inch deep

Submerge Flank Steak in pyrex and flip

Add sesame seeds and ginger

Cover or put into Large Ziplock Freezer bag

Marinate 12 hours

Let sit at room temp for about 15-30 minutes before grilling

Grill at 500+ for 6 minutes a side (medium/medium-rare)

One of my absolute favorite marinades. Marinade is okay at 3 hrs and shouldn't go more than 48 hrs.
