  • 1 cup Brandy
  • 1/4 cup Orange Liquor
  • 6 bottles Sparkling White Wine
  • 5 medium apples
  • 2 large lemons
  • 2 teaspoons whole cloves
  • 3-4 tablespoons honey
  • sprigs rosemary

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl or directly in your serving vessel, combine the brandy, orange liquor, and honey. Stir well until the honey completely dissolves.

Step 2

Add half of the thinly sliced lemons and half of the whole cloves to the mixture. Let this stand for at least a couple of hours to allow flavors to meld.

Step 3

Just before serving, add the sliced apples (coring optional), the remaining lemon slices and cloves, all of the sparkling white wine, and the rosemary sprigs to the vessel. Stir gently to combine.
