Chocolate Bowl Recipe/ How to make chocolate bowls

Ingredients

1/2 pounds Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
4 balloons
Whipping cream
Strawberries
Blackberries

Preparation

Inflate the balloons to a 4-inch diameter; knot.

Melt half of the chocolate chips using double broiler technique

Remove from heat and add remaining chocolate chips to the mixture

Holding a balloon by the knot, dip into the chocolate, tipping to cover the balloon halfway up with chocolate.

Place the balloon, knotted side up, on the prepared baking sheet, holding the balloon in place until the chocolate starts to set. Repeat with the remaining balloons.

Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Snip a hole in each balloon to deflate; carefully peel the balloon away from the chocolate.

Fill the bowls with the delicacy of your choice. Suitable additions include small fruits such as strawberries or cherries, a fruit salad for dessert, small cookies, truffles, little chocolates, candies, etc. You might even scoop in some mousse, cold custard or ice cream
