Healthy Masala Toast Sandwich
Ingredients
8 whole wheat bread slices
2 mediums size boiled potatoes, roughly mashed
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1/4 head lettuce chopped
1 beet root, blanched and grated
salt to taste
1 tablespoon cliantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chat masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 green chili finely chopped.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
butter for greasing and toasting.

In a bowl mix

Cabbage /lettuce chopped

Beet root blanched and grated

Tbsp chopped fresh coriander/cliantro

Tsp pepper

Tsp chat masala

Green chilly finely chopped

Mix well

Divide the mixture in 4 equal parts

Place the sandwich in the sandwich toaster /griller and apply butter on both sides of the toaster,

Toast /grill it until it is crispy and brown.

Enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
