Salmon With Teriyaki/chilli Sauce

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil or peanut oil
1 medium salmon fillet
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce (I used Kikoman)
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (of any brand)

Preparation

Heat a medium non-stick pan. Add oil then Salmon fillets. Skin-side down first. Cook until brown on all sides, cooked as preferred.

Remove salmon from the pan and cover to keep warm

Add Teriyaki and sweet chilli sauce in a saucepan, stirring to create a mixture while on small fire. If sauce is too thick, add small amount of warm water (as desired), stir and simmer for another 5 mins before serving.

Place warm salmon to plate, drizzle sauce and sprinkle chopped green onions.

Note: Can be served with any side salads/ stir-fry vegetables or jasmine rice
