clove garlic, minced |

cup fresh cilantro leaves |

cup fresh mint leaves |

tablespoons pine nuts |

teaspoon salt |

cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |

cup olive oil |
Step 1 |
Add the garlic, cilantro, mint, pine nuts, salt and Parmesan to a blender or food processor and pulse to combine. |
Step 2 |
Scrape down the sides and blend for 30 seconds. |
Step 3 |
While mixture is blending, slowly add the olive oil. |
Step 4 |
Taste for seasoning. |
