Savoury puff pastry tartlets

Ingredients

1 fresh (or thawed) puff pastry, cca 250g
12 green olives stuffed with pimiento, sliced
50g prosciutto, thinly sliced, thorn into small pieces
100g Emmental cheese, coarsely grated
Olive oil

Preparation

Cut the puff pastry into 6 tartlet-size circles.

Coat tartlet moulds with olive oil. Cover each mould with the cut dough.

Divide evenly olives and prosciutto among the tartlets. Cover with cheese.

Bake the tarts in an oven at 200˚C for about 20 minutes.

Serve hot or at room temperature.
